Approximately 1 year ago our department placed a major emphasis on recruitment and retention initiatives. Our administration has worked hard on building relationships with outside agencies to provide opportunities that allow our staff to not only recruit new members, but retain current members. This week we have been fortunate to see the hard work of our staff members come full circle with the successful passing of firefighter certifications for 4 of our newest members: Katie Rose, Shelby Clawson, Jordan Rodriguez, and Lukas Campbell (pictured below). Additionally, this week we have had the amazing opportunity of celebrating 135 years of collective service among 6 of our members (pictured below). This success would not be possible without the unwavering support of our community - to that we say thank you!

We have four teams again ready to battle it out on the court- which includes members of Wauseon Fire Department, Wauseon Police Department, Fulton County Ohio Sheriff, Delta Police Department & Archbold Police Department, along with our Fulton County Jaguars.
It's sure to be a fun time- you don't want to miss this!
