EMS Billing
The Wauseon Fire Department utilizes a third-party billing company. If you have questions in regards to the EMS Service bill you received, please contact Medicount Management at 1-800-962-1484 or by email at info@medicount.com. CPR/AED and First Aid Courses
The Wauseon Fire Department is proud to offer CPR/AED and First Aid courses for the public, businesses, health care professionals, church groups, organizations, and anyone else that may need or want this certification. These courses are taught by certified American Heart Association (AHA) Instructors mostly being EMT’s and Paramedics on the Wauseon Fire Department.
These are the following certificates that are offered by our instructors:
- BLS Health Care Provider(Healthcare)
- Heart Saver CPR/AED & First Aid (Lay Rescuer CPR Class)

Things to remember:
- Please show up ten minutes prior to the class
- Please use Parking lot on south side of fire station
- If you need to cancel the class it must be 48 hours prior to the start time, and you must call 419-335-7831 to cancel
- You will need email address to acquire CPR card via e-card through email – you can print off from there
- Printed cards will no longer be sent via mail or in person.
